Walmart in its heyday built a store a day, 350 per year. Home Depot in it’s heyday built a store every three days.
Our Connersville plant has the capacity of building two stores per week. Walmart was built by contractors at location, Home Depot was built by contractors at location. With Jerome’s Warehouse, building a complete store in a factory and shipping it by rail to be assembled by contractors is a far more efficient way in today’s economy.
Connersville will be the central location for the manufacturing of the modular stores in house, packaging materials, and certain non food items (detergents).
By building two stores per week when our plant is fully developed it is anticipated that our projected revenue of the stores will grow at 70 million dollars a week or 35 million per store annual projected revenue. We are a national rollout and for every three supermarkets in a county, our belief is there is a place for one of Jerome’s 2Fers Stores. We will produce 20,000 pallets per week for our stores. The technology used is injection molding, structural foaming.
